- Send it Back: Mail your package to our retail store address or bring it directly to our storefront during store hours.
4. No Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent service. El Mercado Market charges $0.00 Restocking Fees for all eligible returns.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective:
- Reporting: Report any damage or breakages within 24 hours of delivery.
- Evidence: Email photos of the damaged item and original packaging to support@elmercadomarkethouston.com.
- Resolution: We will provide a full refund or replacement for any items confirmed as damaged in transit or defective upon arrival.
6. Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your return or verify the damage, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Bank posting time may vary.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns due to a change of mind.
