3. Shipping

  • Shipping Area: We ship within the United States only.

  • Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days.
  • Local Pickup: Customers may choose free local pickup from our Houston store during checkout. Most orders are available for pickup within approximately 2 hours during store hours. 

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Period: Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Ceramic kitchenware and other food-contact products that have been used or washed cannot be returned.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns that are not the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • If the return is approved because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
