Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes only if your order has not been processed.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Shipping & Store Pickup

Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does delivery take?
Processing time is 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days.

How does local store pickup work?
Choose Pick Up during checkout. Most orders are available for pickup within approximately 2 hours during store hours. Pickup availability may vary depending on product availability. We will send you a Ready for Pickup email when your order is ready.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Which items cannot be returned?
Ceramic kitchenware and other food-contact products that have been used or washed cannot be returned.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging, if applicable. After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
